Safe & Sound Hillsborough is lead by a Leadership Council serving as an Executive Board of policy makers from the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners, City of Tampa, City of Plant City, City of Temple Terrace, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, the School Board of Hillsborough County, the 13th Judicial Circuit Court, the 13th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office, the 13th Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office, and the Children’s Board of Hillsborough County.

Protect Yourself & Prevent Spreading

  • Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds, with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub
  • Cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or flexed elbow when you cough or sneeze
  • Avoid close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell
  • Stay home and self-isolate from others in the household if you feel unwell

  • Touch your eyes, nose, or mouth if your hands are not clean
