Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. This 8-hour training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to appropriate care.

Please note, although courses are offered free to the public, the hosting organizations incur a cost to provide this training certification ($175 value). Please register only if you are sure that you will be able to attend.

Spaces are limited. Only 1 registration per person is allowed.

If your organization would like to host a training, contact us at info@safeandsoundhillsborough.org
